It turns out you need to uninstall Android System Webview from the Google Play Store, which reverts it back to an older (safer) version where we can wait for a more stable update

Go to play store, search "android webview update" uninstall updates. That will fix you're problem.

can someone help me, when I search in the google play store it doesn't give me the option to uninstall and it my system app systems it shows it's disabled and I can't enable it

We apologize for the inconvenience, this seems to be an issue with Google. This can be fixed by uninstalling the updates of the Android Web view as mentioned by Cassidy.

Please follow the below steps:

Open Settings >> Appps >> Android web view >> Menu (3 dots on top) >> Uninstall updates.
