Is there anyway to have an A52 5g read your incoming texts out loud?

Google Assistant should be able to read new incoming Text messages to you.

ie: "Hey Google, read my incoming Text messages to me".

You'll need to grant a couple of permissions in order for it to work, and it will only read new messages to you.

I'm lost. What permissions do I need to grant ... And how do I grant them?

You should already have Google App installed on your device, download Google Assistant from the Play Store.

Open Google App and click on the top right corner (Your image) & then click on Google's Settings.

"Train" Google to recognize your voice & when you say something like "Hey Google read my latest texts to me". You will be prompted to grant the required permission.

Generally , When you open a new app or ask the phone to do something new it will often ask you for those permissions right at that moment. You don't need to search around.

If you do need to search, go into settings, then to Apps/permissions.

There will be a super long list of ALL your apps. Even ones you haven't heard of. This is why you don't ever delete things if your not sure about its function!
Anyway, to the point.
Scroll along the list till you see the app your looking for. The buddy above mentioned "google assistant". So scroll till you see that, open it and you'll see options pop up for that app. Permissions like audio, calls, contact lists, photos, location etc..you need to select permission to texts, messages, audio ( for the speech part) and contacts probably since it's dealing with messages from contacts. That's it!
As I said, these things usually pop up now when about to use a new app, asking for permissions on the spot. They also list which ones are needed so it's easier than going thru the individual lists.

Hope this helps.

Also, at any time you can go to settings, apps and permissions to see what apps have access to parts of your cell. It's good to check sometimes.

If I see an app asking for permission that I know *** well it doesn't require to run the function of the app...I'll deselect it. Or delete/uninstall the app if I feel like it's scammy. Lots sell your data. So if a calculator app needs your contacts, photos, calls and location...I'd say CREEPY.
Things may need location for photos to label them properly. Music apps may need your contact list in order to allow you to share things. That's normal.

If in doubt, google it. Often sketchy apps have people online saying they are nosey.

Good luck!

Hi, I request you to please follow the below steps once and check.

1 Go to "Settings", then tap "Sounds and vibration". 2 Tap "Volume". 3 Slide the bar to adjust the volume to your preferred level for each type of sound.

What??

Changing the volume of the device has nothing to do with having your device read your texts to you!
