Contacts show up in trash repeatedly - dual messenger is off.
Rebooted
Also have duplicate apps showing in apps menu - how do I get rid of them - why are they showing there ?
The red orange circle on apps means what?
Really disappointed in this a21 samsung cell phone doing this stuff.

Hi, for your first problems, I'm sorry but I don't know how to solve them, but for your last question, the little orange circle that show up on some apps means that you have notifications in this appSmartSelect_20221005-075513_One UI Home_1000000286_1664970936.jpg

Samy2022 Can you see the pics I attached here ? There are little orange coloured circles in the lists and bottom right of screenshot of list of apps taking up space - many duplicate apps - its strange. I don't wish to factory reset this. Finally I think that I found. You might be using "dual messaging", you can check that with going to settings> advanced features> dual messaging then checkScreenshot_20221013-203332_Settings_1000000532_1665707612.jpgScreenshot_20221013-203436_Dual Messenger_1000000535_1665707676.jpg

I think that the only menu to check your accounts is in settings>account and backup> Accounts management

Thank you samy2022.

Hi, we suggest you to perform wipe cache partition and verify if your issues are solved.

Below are the steps to perform wipe cache partition.

1.Turn off the unit.

2.Press and hold the volume up button and press and hold the on/off button. When the Android logo is displayed, release all keys ("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options).

3.Press the volume down key repeatedly to highlight "wipe cache partition".

4.Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to select. When the wiping of the cache partition is completed, "Reboot System Now" is highlighted.

5.Press the Power button to reboot the unit.

Also, as suggested by samy2022 the orange button is orange circle is that you have notifications in this app.
