Smart view via PC doesn't work

I get a black screen when using smart view in Samsung Flow

I can send files and text between phone and PC, I can also use my mouse on PC. If I click somewhere on the screen on PC, my phone will respond. But it will stay black.

I have reinstalled the app (on both PC and phone), I have tried connecting via bluetooth and wifi and I have tried the developer options I could find online.
