no never even thought of that. I will tomorrow. I did switch from bell to virgin last but that was 2 months ago. apparently my friend who has a Samsung has lost hers too and she is still with Bell. thought was a Samsung issue?
hello everyone so my carrier couldn't help me . said was a Samsung issue . possibly from the last update. I called Samsung and they helped me. needs to reset my network. all is well :) thanks everyone !
