Getting back my original samsung is actually easy, but when the phone is broken, you got to go to recuperation and clean it it have to be a older account that you also have ownership. The fact that you can connect whit youre phone number and recuperate by text is proof of youre ownership. The email when delete can be recuperate only by youre old recuperation. Who ever done that to me is gonna pay. I miss my family and someone is been giving me difficulty when I approach them

Hi Carl-Marc,

We're sorry to hear about this situation. If you believe someone is attempting to access your Samsung account or personal information without authorization, we strongly recommend taking the following steps immediately:

Reset Your Password – Change your Samsung account password and ensure it is strong and unique.

Enable Two-Step Verification – This adds an extra layer of security and helps prevent unauthorized access. You can set this up through Samsung Account Settings.

Check for Unauthorized Devices – Go to Settings > Accounts and Backup > Manage Accounts > Samsung Account, and review connected devices. Remove any that you don’t recognize.

If you suspect identity theft, you may want to notify your local authorities and monitor your financial and personal accounts for unusual activity.

We understand how important it is to stay connected with your family, and we encourage you to take these steps to protect your account.

Thank you.
