My phone was given back to me yesterday from 2021 when i was without it. Seems i missed the OS 10 and 11 upgrades lol
I checked software updates using wifi and data, only says i am up to date! Unfortunately Sprint service is gone (where i signed up) in 2019 so that's out. Called Samsung and they said it's up to my provider, so i called my current. Obvious that didn't work either. T mobile took over sprint and they said call Samsung lol
You are able to flash OneUI 3.1 to your phone, Samsung support might have an alternative but this is the only thing I can think of if the update feature isn't working for your device
