Did some research from internet, it can be caused by firmware or App bugs. Some people said try do the update of the phone. If there is no update for you, try remember when the message appear, do you remember which app you have installed? Try remove the recent install app around that time.
Thanks for the reply. I started recieving the notification when I renew the SIM. It might be because of the provider as well I guess. I don't get the pop-up more often though. It is just once in while and it disappears after a while.
