Your Data is not working. Make sure APN and all data settings are correct and turned on. Try other browsers too. If you can't fix it take it to a servicing center, they'll fix it

Hi Richman, looks like tanzy is using WiFi for internet. I think his local WiFi has DNS issue.

Hey tanzy, you can try the following to determine what problem:
- Try using different WiFi and see if you can reach m.facebook.com

- Try turn on Data (if you have data plan) and go
to m.facebook.com

If Data works, that means problem in WiFi. If public WiFi or other WiFi works, that means your local network has DNS issue. If both not working, most likely facebook.com has problem.

Yeah but this guy also said like 'this is what I'm not on Wifi mind you' something in his punctuation free paragraph.
Yeah our suggestions should fix the somewhat explained problem of this user named Tanzy.

Right, I missed that paragraph. 😋

He needs to switch from WiFi to Data instead.

Lol nothing has worked. my phone can hook up to wifi but my cellular data doesn't work. Rogers said to me that it's fine on there end so it would have to be a problem on my end. I'm really starting to get super frustrated now

tanzy, can you try the following and tell us what happen?

- Settings → Connections → Turn off WiFi
- Settings → Connections → Data Usage → Enable Mobile Data

Check your top right corner and see if you have 4G or LTE. If not, what's in there?

Hey @tanzy, for the issues regarding the connections. Could you please try the following?
1. Turn off your device and take out SIM and put it back again and check if the issue remains
2. Reset all the network settings on your device from Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings.
As others mentioned, please try on both data and Wi-Fi.
Could you let us know after? Thanks!
