Galaxy AIf you are referring to Nearby Sharing, you can Toggle Off any permissions you want.
Is there an app that you are referring to specifically?

Galaxy AYou can Disable *ALL* of the permissions with AdHell3, AppOps or adb. BUT at your own RISK, as it is a System App.
First Screen shot is displaying AdHell3.
Personally I am not bothered by the permissions for this app, but that's me.
2nd Screen shot is displaying AppOps.
You could also use adb to disable the apps for Quick Share completely.. again at your own RISK.
There's actually 3 different components to Quick Share. Here I'm only showing one as an example.
