Delay on screen to unlock

Hi guys

My galaxy A70's screen has been experiencing a delay once it is locked and I try to unlock it.

There is a 15 seconds delay once I push the power key or touch the screen and it is so annoying

Every time that it is locked and I am unlocking it, I have to wait for about 15 seconds for the screen to pops up.

I restarted and rebooted the device but it is not fixed.

Its sofware is also updated and do not know what is the problem.

Help me if you have any idea.

You tried what? 

I changed my post to include Booting into Safe Mode by the way. 

You didn't have enough time to Backup & Factory Reset, so I'm guessing that you only wiped cache from Recovery?

You could try a few things.

• Boot into Safe Mode & Test. 

• Boot into Recovery & wipe cache. Test. 

If it's still slow to unlock.

• Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset. Test. ⚠ You need to know your passwords, as after a Factory Reset your phone will be as it was when you first got it ⚠️

Hi, Could you confirm if you have tried safe mode? if yes, Does the issue still persisting in safe mode?

I just tried the safe mode and unfortunately the problem is stillout there!
Sofar, tried safe mode, reboot and restart and also on software developer decreased background processor to 4

If this is a recent issue, then maybe backup & Factory Reset, as you've tried the other possibilities. 

Changing background processes in Dev Options won't do any for unlocking.
