Galaxy AYou tried what?
I changed my post to include Booting into Safe Mode by the way.
You didn't have enough time to Backup & Factory Reset, so I'm guessing that you only wiped cache from Recovery?

Galaxy AYou could try a few things.
- Boot into Safe Mode & Test.
- Boot into Recovery & wipe cache. Test.
If it's still slow to unlock.
- Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset. Test. ⚠ You need to know your passwords, as after a Factory Reset your phone will be as it was when you first got it ⚠️

Galaxy AIf this is a recent issue, then maybe backup & Factory Reset, as you've tried the other possibilities.
Changing background processes in Dev Options won't do any for unlocking.
