I accidentally created a notification style seperate from my normal text message app notification for one text stream. How do I delete it?

We suggest you to perform clear cache and data for the app.

Open settings >> Apps >> search for the app from the list >> select the app >> tap Storage >> clear cache, Clear data

Are you using Samsung's Messages or?

Do you remember where you changed the Notification, ie: Within the Messages App or?
