Please check the following:

Settings → Advanced features → Motions and gestures

Do you have Palm Swipe to Capture enabled?Screenshot_20210824-110757_Settings_48045.jpg

It's not even an option which I find odd. Nothing after Finger Sensor gestures.

Maybe you need to do a full backup and factory reset the phone. But I am not sure if A32 Canada support this feature or not. But seems like Palm swipe to capture is supported in all phones.

Ty @Tallman. I assumed this would be available. I'll see what Samsung responds with before attempting a factory reset.

Hi, Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. Please check the below steps and get back to us with the results.

To enable Palm Swipe, go to Settings -> Advanced Features -> Motions and Gestures. There will be an option called Palm swipe to capture. It is disabled by default. Tap on it to enable. Now swipe your hand across the screen to take a screenshot. The phone will vibrate to indicate that the task has been accomplished.

This feature isn't available. I'd do a screenshot but it's nearly impossible to capture with the volume and power button. Why isn't this already on my phone?

Hi NewGrange, unfortunately, the palm swipe option is not available on  A32.
