Galaxy AThe only way I can see all my files in internal storage is to connect my A21 phone to my laptop and use File Explorer. Why can I not see them using My Files on my phone? I did go into Settings and allowed hidden files to be shown but it didn't help. I was able to see all the files on my old phone - a Galaxy Grand Prime.

Galaxy AHi, could you check if the album is hidden?
From Gallery, tap More options (the three vertical dots) and then tap Hide or unhide albums. Tap the switches next to any hidden albums to make them appear.

Galaxy AI do not have a problem with my photos. It is the Android folder that is not visible.

Galaxy AAs I know it's because of restrictions imposed in Android 11.
If not, can you specific which files or folders cannot show? Thanks.

Galaxy AYes it is the Android>Data folder that I am specifically interested in. So you are saying that due to Android's restrictions I am unable to view the files using my phone? Yet they are fully visible when phone is connected to my laptop. Bit annoying, to say the least.
Thanks for the info though!

Galaxy AThat's great! I found one, Cx File Explorer, and it does exactly what I want.
Thank you.
