Galaxy A
My old phone was the LG G4, but it had the bootloop issue. So, I bought the Galaxy A5 2017 and after a month of use, here are some good and bad points.
Good:
- High quality build. I like the fact that Samsung used metal and glass material instead of plastic, which makes it much resistant to scratch.
- Extra memory for adding a micro SD card.
- Good customer relation. There's always a button within the phone so that I could contact the customer service fast.
- Device maintenance and anti-virus feature for good performance.
Bad:
- No light blinking notification. There should be a way to alert me about notification with the button's lights for those who don't use the Always on display feature.
- Bad volume and power button placement. When I hold my phone, those buttons get on my way and I click them by accident. They should be located above or behind the phone, like the LG G4 phone.
- Bad phone grip. The edges of the phone is round, which makes it harder to hold. I've dropped my phone multiple times on the bed and once on the floor. Luckily, the phone still hasn't shattered. This is the reason why I take out my phone less often when I'm outside.
- The Back and Show all opened apps buttons are reversed, which makes it harder to browse videos and websites with my left hand. I use my right hand, but then it's not possible to reach the volume buttons easily with my index finger when I watch videos.
