I'll try a couple when my phone shoes problem again.
I think it's associated with an issue on motherboard, a short perhaps. So background battery one might be good. and the RAM plus . I'll try those.
Factory reset helped mine so I get decent runs, bit it still crashes. Sometimes has trouble rebooting with restarting happening 4 or 5 times before a successful reboot.

I followed IzAd69s guide and repaired my A51. Searched youtube for disassembly.
1) disassemble phone down to main circuit board (the one holding cameras, also remove all 5 cameras )
2) place as is into oven, I used a porcelain plate and infrared temp gun to check temperatures on the board.
3) heat from 0 to 200 Celcius (check with gun), bake for 15 min, then open the oven and let it cool back down slowely. Reassemble
Note: In my case using the infrared gun revealed my kitchen oven was 30 degrees off what it should be. After reassembling a few other functions worked again like switching between wifi and mobile data. Over all very pleased.
So, I thought I had the A51 and it turns out I have an A14. I thought maybe it was due to the fact that I bought it refurbished. I read all the comments because my phone just started consistently restarting today by itself as well as periodically disabling my cell service. It had restarted a couple times by itself before, but I paid it no mind. I disabled RAM Plus and it hasn't restarted since. I woke up at 7am this morning and it is now 11:15am... it restarted at least 5 times before I disabled RAM plus about 40 minutes ago and hasn't done it since.
