My Galaxy A53 freezes and restarts. Nothing is working

My Galaxy A53 keeps freezing and restarting. I tried to wipe the cache partition multiple times. Nothing is working. I can't go into safe mode anymore, I don't know what's going on, I haven't installed any new app in maybe a year, I don't know where the problem comes from, the phone was working well until last week. Any clue of what I should do?

Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset. 

If that doesn't work, visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.

If nothing works, then please get the device examined by the service technician to get it fixed by visiting the nearest Samsung Authorized service center.

hello, about 2 years ago I had this A53 new for a few weeks and it started the same problems as described here, and I also tried everything that is written here...but nothing worked..., I had to send the device to the Samsung repair center and after they examined it they told me that they could not repair it because it was a problem with the motherboard....and since the device was still under warranty they sent me a new device.
