Galaxy A51 keeps restarting on its own

Starting this morning my phone screen keeps freezing going black and restarting on its own it happens every couple of minutes.

I'm having the same issue here, I even reset the phone and it's still happening to me. It crashes in completely random intervals too, which makes it even harder to use. Sometimes it crashes and restarts after just restarting. The A51 is a pretty problematic phone.

my A51 was just fine;

after software upgrade to Android12 with 4.1 UI, the restart has  started !

Moreover, sometime it freezes at boot screen !

I took the handset to Samsung Authorised service center, they replied is as:

"mother board need to be replaced"  !! i don't understand their checking! the phone was just fine, it all starts  after the software upgrade,  they are saying mother board damage which cost half of the mobile, funny !

anyway, I am still waiting for the next software upgrade, hope it will solve the issue ....

This issue happened to me only two days ago. My phone was working fine since the day I bought it two years ago. Then this problem happened out of nowhere, not after it fell down or anything. I wonder as you if this problem is with Samsung software or updates or whatever.  Now I set the phone to safe mode and it's working fine.

This has been happening to me as of early June 2022. My phone restarts typically once a day and when I leave the house- when I leave my Wi-Fi network and connect to 4g/LTE. This happens anywhere from 7:00am-8:30 am. I rebooted my phone as someone mentioned earlier in the thread, so I will see if this continues or if that fixed the issue. It is an inconvenience due to the unknown if someone is trying to reach me while the phone restarts or if I am going somewhere where my phone is needed and I do not decide to connect to the internet. I realize if I beat the restart and restart my phone before it occurs, then it does not happen for the rest of the day.

We have the same issue on all Samsung A51, A52, A53 models in our company since some months.

If Samsung cannot fix the restart issue right away, we must move all mobile phones to other manufacturer.

I have the same problem, first it was like few times a day. Then i could not turn my bluetooth or wifi on then the device started restarting every chance it gets

Fix this issue !! I have the same problem with my A51, too. We will not buy any Samsung products if this problem persists !!

I have spent several days without reboots and with a fairly good phone performance.
I tried 2 factory reset but it didn't work.
The other day I did these things and it seems that some of them worked, but I don't know which one:

1. Settings 》Apps 》tap 3 dots 》Reset app
preferences
2. Settings 》Device Care 》Battery 》Background usage limits 》all apps

3. Settings 》Apps 》
Android system Web view 》Tap on 3 dots 》uninstall update

4. Playstore 》Storge 》Clear data

5. Update most used applications

6. Settings 》Security and privacy 》
Updates 》Google play system update 》install

7. Settings 》Maintenance and battery 》Memory 》RAM Plus 》Disabled

Can someone check if it works?

I already tried all of these with no luck, except the last one. 

I now disabled the RAM plus option 4 days ago and have no issue anymore. So that one seems to work for me. Finger crossed !
