When I look at installed apps in there galaxy store it shows preloaded apps, but I do not see apps like Samsung music or auto doodle in the apps list of the phone, why?
Also updates show no applications pending but each app has a download option. What happens if I download ?
The "my apps" list shows all the apps that were once installed on any of your devices that was connected to your Samsung Account. Having the "show installed apps" clicked on will also show you the apps you currently have on your current device.
From your screenshot, you once had all those apps but not on the current device.
