Hi, since July 6, when I access to some websites, I am redirected after 5 seconds to another website which tells me that I won something but I haven't participated to any contest

as I can still access this page after the countdown is over, I have come to the conclusion that it is a hacking attempt

What should I do ?

NEVER EVER click on these kind of promotions. They will just lead you to websites that can or will install malware/spyware on your mobile device. Just delete them. I have had these pop up on my S21 Ultra and I just delete them. Also more than likely the website address on the promotion is fake and will not work.

Yeah, it's not a hac*king attempt. It's Ad driven popup / redirect from the original website you were on.

Clear your Browser's Cache & Data from Settings > Apps.

You can also Clear the Browser's History.

Some Browsers give you the option to Block Redirects, which is what seems to be the case with you.

Not likely that they will stop on their own.

If you're using Samsung's Internet Browser, Go to Settings > Browsing Privacy Dashboard & Scroll down a bit & you'll see the options to Block Popups, Redirects & Block Automatic Downloads.

Do you have both Samsung Internet & Samsung Internet Beta installed?

If so, do you have the same settings on both?

With Block Automatic Downloads, you'll see this warning.

In this case, it's apk mirror, which I said previously is a Safe Site.

Well, yes & no. Most Browsers will display a Warning / Request a Contact if you REALLY want to download anything from sites, particularly questionable sites.

Even apk mirror will trigger a warning, and apk mirror is a very safe site.

You can also go into Settings & Toggle OFF "Install from Unknown Sources".
