That's twice now.   I took a screenshot of the last one and it's gone (again).

This ain't cool! Instead of of offering me reasons not to return the phone, you delete my posts?

Moderators, care to elaborate?

They are definitely deleting posts that are rightfully negative against them. Mine was in no way offensive and only about a week old. It was starting to get likes and was then deleted.

Posts that are respectful criticism will not be deleted, according to Samsung Canada's Manager, @samsung_ben... BUT that hasn't always been applied correctly. Some posts have been deleted, just because a Moderator doesn't like them, usually because they are embarrassed by some of their posts, and being held accountable for them.
