My LG G4 recently had the boot loop issue and after buying the Samsung Galaxy A5 2017, I saw that there is a feature that allows you to transfer old files from old phones to my new phone. I tried to connect it with the USB and my A5 automatically disconnects from the LG G4.
@thedarkboy77, I would recommend using Smart Switch with the Wireless feature on it. Follow the instructions on how to transfer the files. I used this program when I transferred my files from my S7 over to the S8. Everything went over without a glitch and nothing was left behind.
I think you can't transfer your data if your LG G4 having the boot loop. My wife's phone was having the same issue and LG can't save the data too. You most likely may loose all the data on your G4.
