If you're talking about adding QS Tiles - Click on the Three Dot Menu Top Right & Select Button Order - But you will only be able to add the items that are available above the existing QS Tiles - There's a couple of apps on the Play Store that will allow you to add additional QS Tiles - They require adb in most cases.
