I got my A50 a month ago. I tried finding older Email today and could only go back 2 weeks. Okay, so I changed sync period to 1 month now. But shouldn't I be able to retrieve E-mails older than 2 weeks? It saved all my junk E-mails in recycle bin since I have owned the phone, but saved E-Mails older than 2 weeks are nowhere to be found. If I swipe upward on saved E Mails, when I get to 2 weeks ago, it flashed "loading e mails", but does not manage to reload anything. My email is from pop/SMTP server, not gmail.
should be able to. I have it set to all the time. I'll attach pics one sec go to the email app go to settings , then click your email at the top then click email sync timeframes.
I did increase the sync period. But what happened to my older (beyond 2 weeks ago) saved E-mails? I still have them on my desktop computer, but are they forever gone from my phone? They are not in the recycle bin. If I up-swipe, the app does not retrieve them.
it should sync to your phone, it might take a little to show up (not that long ) you could try to delete your account and re add it to the email app as well that might trigger something
