How to submit an error report

does anyone know how to submit an error report?

Hi there! You will need to:

1. Long press the Samsung Members icon on the Apps screen and Tap Error reports.

2. Tap OK on the agreement popup to send system log data

3. Select Symptom category

4. Describe the problem in detail and SEND.

Open the Samsung Members app Click on "Get Help" > Scroll down to "Error Report" Click on it & next select "Category" & send the error report.

Hi Bobthetomato82, To generate error report please follow the steps below:

Tap and hold on samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.
