im using samsung a20 phone can't find call recording option

I bought samsung A20 phone from best buy a week ago 

I searched call setting . but there was no call recording option.

my friend using samsung galaxy and he has call recording option in the setting.

how do I fix this?

Call recording aren't possible, Samsung removed this option...

The call recording option has been removed from the Samsung device. However you can use any third party app from playstore.

Please follow the above suggestions and if you are referring to a third-party voice recorder app from the play store is not working. I suggest you to contact the particular app developer to get it fixed.
