Lock screen wallpaper issue

A54 has wallpaper resolution issue when i apply for wallpaper the picture quality gets decreases with warmer tone please fix this issue i have been reporting this since one ui 6.1 update

Have you tried any of these?

1. Use high-resolution images

2. Clear Gallery app cache and data

3. Restart your phone

4. Check for software updates

If the problem continues, you should contact Samsung support.

Either way, I don't think you would have to factory reset your phone. That's mostly for extreme causes.

Sometimes the issue may be related to how the wallpaper is being set. The Wallpaper resolution could be automatically reduced to save space or optimize performance.

• Go to Settings > Wallpaper and choose the image again, making sure to select the original resolution if there is an option.
• Use a high-quality image: Ensure the wallpaper image is of a high resolution for more clarity.
• Set the wallpaper without any resizing: If the image is resized to fit the screen, try cropping it manually to make sure it’s the correct size.

The warm tone issue might be related to your display settings, which can sometimes cause wallpapers to look different than expected. Go to Settings > Display and check these options:

Screen mode: Change it from Natural to Vivid or vice versa to see if the warm tone issue persists.

If the Blue light filter is enabled, it could cause the display to have a warmer tone. You can disable it in Settings > Display > Eye Comfort Shield.
