mms unable to open photos received

Can someone please explain why I cannot open any MMS photos that I receive?

This just started happening recently. Thank you so much!

Check that you have mobile data turned on

You need mobile data on to view MMS photos

Hey @smileygirl,

As mentioned by @Ray2, check the mobile data is switched on.  If it hasn't been turned on, you will not be able to send or receive any MMS.

Also, check if there are any data restrictions set for 3G/4G/LTE data usage.

You have to use mobile data. Wifi wont work.
