Hi So991, The upgrade of OS version may vary by internal plan for upgrade, device, region and so on. Especially in the case of models launched by carriers, target date to apply the all software change, OS version, modification should be progressed under negotiation with carriers. And sometimes specific OS version can be skipped and directly stride to following subsequent versions. Accordingly, even though two devices are same model, if they have different carriers, OS version released and schedule may vary by carriers and it’s normal operation on mobile market which needs negotiation with carriers.
