My a71 won't charge

Help my a71 stopped charging.. I thought it was the battery or charging port but I changed both and it still went charge. When I plug it in the little lightning bbolt appears but won't charge I cant even turn it on.. any idea what the problem might be

Well, seeing as how you can't turn your phone on, troubleshooting is kind of limited. 

You could try using a different USB cable & Charging Block. See if it will charge? 

Other than that, visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.

Hi, are you using Samsung official charger to charge the device? Using an unofficial charger can cause damage to your phone. Official have the correct voltage for your device, whereas alternative chargers may operate to a different voltage.

Please try using a combination of different cables and plug. If still the device is not turning on, then you might need to get it examined by the service technician to get it fixed.
