Hey guys. I've been having s glitch with the navigation buttons on the bottom of my phone.. when I click the left most. Three vertical lines button. (The one that shows all the open apps) the phone flickers and requires me to press it again. This started when my galaxy a15 5g got one ui 7.. I tried switching some settings, restarting the device ect. Anything else I should try?

You can try Booting into Recovery & Wiping Cache, that will not delete any of your files / photos etc, it only deletes fragmented data, which you can't access anyway.

You could also try Booting into Safe Mode, if the issue issue disappears, then it's likely to be a 3rd party app causing the problem.

Hi dhdiwkxmdofuebdidne,

Sorry to hear about the issue with the navigation buttons after the One UI 7 update on your Galaxy A15 5G.

Yes, as adviced by RedDogRabbit Wiping the cache partition from Recovery Mode is safe and won't delete any personal data like photos or files. It only removes leftover system junk that can build up after updates.

Also, booting into Safe Mode is a helpful step. If the glitch with the navigation button stops in Safe Mode, it's likely caused by a third-party app.

Both steps are worth trying before going further. Let us know how it goes!
