Galaxy AYou can try Booting into Recovery & Wiping Cache, that will not delete any of your files / photos etc, it only deletes fragmented data, which you can't access anyway.
You could also try Booting into Safe Mode, if the issue issue disappears, then it's likely to be a 3rd party app causing the problem.
