Using new A8 tablet Android 11

Netflix starts fine, a few minutes later the screen goes black while the audio remains

I have tried multiple fixes multiple times including reboots, multiple re-installations of Netflix, clearing the data and cache from Netflix, samsung support, researching everywhere and have learned that there is a bug with Netflix and Android 11.

Can anyone help? Thank you very much!

Hi, just to confirm have you checked for any software update?

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Find System update or Software update.

  3. Check for and install available updates.

  4. Try Netflix again.

Have you tried to download an older version of Netflix?

Hi, If Netflix still doesn't show any sign of improvement.
We recommend you to try rebooting your tablet.
If the problem persists after that , you can report the issue to Netflix.

Hi, just to confirm, Is it happening with all the other apps or is it happening only with Netflix?
As you already performed all the necessary troubleshooting steps, the only option left is factory reset.
