Galaxy AMy friend has replaced his Galaxy A21 phone with a Galaxy A33. We are both quite elderly, and not too experienced with mobiles. The A21 works fine, and he is keeping it as a backup. I have transferred all data from the A21 to the A33. Everything seems fine apart from one problem. He uses Outlook mail, and also has a Google account email. When he opens the Outlook mail app on his A21, it goes straight to Inbox. When he opens the Outlook mail app on the A33, it is showing his Google email, and asking for a new account. I have entered his Outlook mail address, and it says address already exists. No matter how I try, I cannot get it to work. He knows his Google account password, but has forgot his Outlook mail password. When I try to unsubscribe an email on his Outlook mail on his A21, it refers to his Google account email, which I cannot understand. I would be grateful for any help.

Galaxy AI have set up a new email address for my friend. I have tried everything I can think of, without success. If I go to forgot password, it wants to text you a phone number which my friend no longer has. The reovery process needs you to supply email addresses including subject, that he has sent. He cannot do this has he cannot sign in to Outlook, so Revovery tells you that there is not enough informaion, and you cannot proceed with the Recovery. I have explained all this on Microsoft Chat. What annoys me most is that Microsoft own Outlook mail, and in my opinion do not want to know., just pass the buck and be charged £24. I would like to thank everyone for their help.
