Hi nigirl, is your email account from your work? Or you are using Gmail, Outlook.com or Shaw?

If it's work email, it is likely the same your work server may be using a certificate that's not issued from the common CAs.

I'm not sure about this but iknow b4 my computer was doing this and I had to fix the date and time on the computer bc I think it was behind and wouldn't accept a certificate from the future 🤷♂️

Galaxy AHello,
This usually means that the certificate has expired. This happens when the organization is too slow to renew the certificate. This should go away once your organization updates the encryption certificate with a valid CA... that is so long as they're notfiied it's an issue.
