I was told today that the Palm Swipe to screen capture function no longer (or never been) available to Canadian market, I do not know why Samsung would take this away from Canadian.

It is so difficult to use the "Button Combination" method to activate the screen capture, both buttons are sensitive and are at awkward position, basically, you can't operate the screen capture with one hand, even using both hands to do this task is a challenge.

This is supposed to be a 2021 model, why make it so difficult? my 3 years old Android phone can screen captured with my thumb (either one !).

Why short-change the Canadian??

I find the easiest way to take a screenshot is to use Google voice. I believe you can use Bixby as well

There's an app on the Play Store called "screen master", in both free & paid versions. It's really easy to use & you can choose the save location if you have an external sd card, as well as the quality of the saved screen shot.

Hi, Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada. Yes, this feature is not available on A32-5G. However, we will take your feedback into consideration.

Also, I get the white volume bar on my A70 with every screen save. Any way around it?

Hi, do you get the volume slider icon whenever you take a screenshot?

It's not just Canada.  I'm in Massachusetts and there is no option for palm swipe to take a screenshot.
