Galaxy ASo right now you're using Power Share from a different device?
Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support > Phone Diagnostics & run the Diagnostics for your Charging Port.
If you have tried different USB Charging Cables & I'd also try a different Charging Block..
If you purchased a used device, it's possible that the shop owner wasn't being entirely honest, or wasn't informed..

Please check the power outlet or adapter you are using might not be delivering enough power, especially if it only charges properly from other devices.
As you have mentioned the phone charges better when connected to another device (like a laptop or another phone). This might suggest a problem with the wall charger or cable itself rather than the phone.
Try using a different Samsung-certified charger or a USB charging station with the proper voltage.
Charging from another device works, but it’s usually slower, so use a wall charger for faster results.
