A71 no video call in default phone app

So I got the a71 and I don't have an option to video call natively on the phone app, the only wmthing I can do besides thag is google duo, my operator is fido and I had video calling on my last phone (galaxy a8 2018) with the same sim card so idk

I didn't buy the a71 from the operator tho

Open Phone app, click 3 dots on top right. Settings → Make video calls using
Have you choose default phone app?

Alreasy said I've tried that, no option for video calling pops up when I do that

Unfortunately my A71 doesn't have that option but it does give the small camera to the left of my dial-up button

I purchased it from europe unlocked (from Moldova) and I'm in Canada now because I was on a trip to europe and came back home
