A71 no video call in default phone app

So I got the a71 and I don't have an option to video call natively on the phone app, the only wmthing I can do besides thag is google duo, my operator is fido and I had video calling on my last phone (galaxy a8 2018) with the same sim card so idk

So just to respond to your comments,  I have a Samsung Galaxy A71 dual Sim phone with Android 13 and I most certainly DO Have Native Video Caller,  so that means you must check your settings on your phone or you may have upgrade yo Android 13, I had this phone 📱 since 2021 it came with Android v10 then it automatically upgraded to v11 that's when the native video call app vanished but the I managed to get it upgraded to v13 and back the video caller app came, so I can do the following video calls via the Native video call app; WhatsApp; Zoom; Duo (Google meet); Skype. That's my choices for video calling so my advise is to check your settings and you Android version if its version 11/12 then  you might have an issue, also check your network mobile carrier check to which allows video calls and which don't
