Galaxy AHi SamSungtwo,
If you allow the sharing of contact information with us, the telephone numbers of the people in Contacts will be collected by us to facilitate file sharing and messaging with the people in your Contacts. For more details please visit the below link:
https://my-samsung.com/PrivacyPolicy.htm
Apps that have not been updated for Android 6.0 will ask for all needed permissions before you install it.
Apps for Android 6.0 and up let you allow or deny individual permissions based on what you are doing. The app will not ask to use certain permission (i.e. the camera) until you have begun using the correlated function (i.e. taking a picture).
Adjust individual permissions for an app:
Navigate to and open Settings. Tap Apps, and then tap More Options in the upper right corner.
Tap Show system apps, and then select your desired app. Tap Permissions, and then tap the switch next to the permissions (such as Camera, Storage, etc.) you want to turn on or off.
Disable specific permission:
There is any way to disable all apps that are using specific permission. For example, maybe you don't want any apps accessing your Contacts.
While in Settings, search for and select App permissions.
Tap permission (such as Contacts) to see which apps are using that permission. Tap the switch next to your desired apps to turn their access on or off.
