You're going to have to forgive me as I'm going to make a fair bit of assumptions based on the quite honestly confusing grammar...
1. I assume you mean the screen is going black/turning off whenever you make a phone call/are checking your voicemail. This is usually caused by the proximity sensor on your phone, which essentially senses the differences in light intensity to determine if the phone screen should be off. Most phones do this in order to save battery, so you might want to check whenever you're in a call you're not accidentally blocking the sensor (usually located in the top bezel of the phone or located next to the front-facing camera on the S10/Note 10 Series onwards).
2. This would depend on the phone that you have but if you're solely using face recognition or using Intelligent Scan (offered on the Note 9/S9), it would depend on the front-facing camera and iris sensors. Generally though, if you're using face recognition it relies on the front-facing camera to detect your face and if it doesn't seem to be working well, make sure there's no smudges/dirt/dust on the camera.
If that doesn't seem to fix anything, delete your face recognition data and re-register it again. Register your face so that the environment and your face is well-lit, at a proper angle and you are at a neutral face.
3. I assume you mean import here. In any note in the Samsung Notes app, click the top-right corner and select the icon next to the "three-dots." This should give you an option to import the notes to a certain format of your choosing.
