Smart Switch on PC Failing

I run Smart Switch on the PC to sync with my A32 5G. 50% of the time it comes back with an error message saying "the syncing of Outlook has been cancelled because an error occurred''. No further explanation or way to resolve the problem. I can then run it again and it will be fine, executing to completion without error whether I run it again immediately or hours later. After any successful completion it will again cancel on an error occurring the next time it runs. 

Any suggestions from the community as to what is happening, cause or resolution?

I've had an issue with one of my previous Samsung phones and the pc version of smart switch, it always failed to complete the backup. 

Have you tried using the mobile version of smart switch?

It's never failed to backup or restore.

He try to use SmartSwich to sync Outlook calendar. He said 50% will give him error while sync the outlook pst file. But I use SmartSwitch as a backup, never know SmartSwitch can sync the Outlook.

Yeah I wasn't paying enough attention to his post, but I don't know if smart switch will backup the data in outlook or just the apk?

Can you please share the screenshot of the error?

 Are you able to access your email account on your pc?

 Please confirm if you are able to see all the calenders events and emails from the outlook app from your pc.

Smart Switch will backup the Outlook apk, but not the data from Outlook.
