Hello,

My samsung A14 is connected to some kind of headphones but the Bluetooth connection doesn't say that it's connected to sometype of headphones. So I came here to ask how do I solve this issue.

Post a screen shot of what it says it is connected to, and "some kind of headphones"?

Here but when I try to listen to a voice message I hear nothing also when I go on a call I hear cracks

Hi, can you please post a screenshot what does it mean by some kind of headphones.

If possible, restart the Bluetooth device. Then, restart your phone. This can help fix minor issues and may help to solve the Bluetooth issue.
