Unable to update operating system

I haven't been able to update the OS on my phone. It gets to 25% of the installation and then says it has failed. Any help would be very much appreciated

What is the model number of your device, as shown in Settings > About Phone > Software Information? 

 

You can try going to Settings > Apps & Toggle ON "Show System Apps" (middle right) & Click on "OK" & Search for Software Update, there should be two apps with this name. 

Click on each, one at a time & Scroll down to "Storage" and Clear BOTH Cache & Data for each & Reboot & try again. 

You could also try getting the Update on your computer using Smart Switch > Preferences & Software Update. 

You could also Download the CORRECT firmware for your device to your computer & Flash with Odin.

Thank you. It is an A32 5G (SM-A326W). I also tried to go in to apps but don't see the option to show system apps.

Good news/bad news. Your pics helped me get in. Wouldn't let me clear the data in one but did the cache x2 and data in one. Bad news. Update still didn't work. I will try the smart switch thing next but I have a Mac so i will need to fiddle a bit to figure it out. Really appreciate your patience and help
