Hi ᦔꪖડꫝ,

The files shown in the image might be WhatsApp database files. These files are encrypted and cannot be opened directly without WhatsApp or special tools. They are typically located in the WhatsApp/Databases folder and are used if you restore chats during a reinstallation of WhatsApp.

RAM Plus uses a portion of your phone's internal storage as virtual RAM to support multitasking. While it can help slightly when running many apps, its impact is limited since the internal storage is slower than actual RAM. If your phone feels slow:

  1. Optimize your device: Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Optimize now.
  2. Limit background apps: Too many apps running in the background can slow your phone. Close unused apps.
  3. Check storage usage: If your phone's storage is nearly full, it can impact performance. Free up space if needed.
  4. Adjust RAM Plus settings: You can try increasing or decreasing the allocated virtual RAM under Settings > Battery and device care > Memory > RAM Plus.

If the phone still feels slow, a factory reset might help to resolve this issue. Please back up your data before performing a factory reset.

I'm 99% sure that the "msgstore.db.crypt14" and "wa.db.crypt14" files are related to WhatsApp. You can clear the app's cache and data or delete old messages to free up space.

RAM Plus might improve performance, but it's not guaranteed. Consider deleting unused apps and files to optimize storage.
