I can't figure out how to turn off the,automatic voice while texting

Check your Settings in Settings > Accessibility.. you turned it on there.

It sounds like your Samsung phone has Text-to-Speech is enabled. Please check the accessibility in settings by following the above steps.

To turn off the automatic voice while texting:

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Text-to-Speech > disable it.

If you can't find it, try searching for "Text-to-Speech" within the Settings app.
