It should, since you can install Smart Things on your A15 & use Smart Things with your Smart Tags.

Yes, the Galaxy SmartTag 2 can work with the Galaxy A15 5G.  The SmartTag 2 requires the Samsung SmartThings app for setup and use.

You’ll need a Samsung account to set up and manage the SmartTag 2 in the SmartThings app.
