it depends on your carrier... as I know Rogers have it but bell doesn't...

Bell only has it for iPhones. I was looking into this yesterday. I don't know why when android phones have had this capability for a while too.

I believe it's only Rogers and fido in Canada that offer the Wi-Fi calling. I am with fido and I have it on my A5

Yes, carrier dependent. But there should be a switch in mobile OS just like iOS. Unfortunately, no switch in Android so far except LG G6. My carrier is telus. I can use Wifi calling on my iPhone x not S8. Because there is no option on S8. Let's ask Samsung add this feature. Trust me, that is very cool feature when signal is poor. Thanks.
