My WiFi on my phone keeps disconnecting The phone is only a couple months old. It has nothing to do with my connection at home as it's not happening to any other devices. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Hi, we request you to perform a network reset and see if it works.

Warning: If you perform a network reset, it will reset all network settings, including wi-fi, mobile data and Bluetooth.

Follow these steps to perform the network reset.

Open settings >> General management >> tap rest network settings >> tap reset.

I'm so fed up with my A12 disconnecting from wifi. I have been having the problem ever since I got the phone. It causes me no end of problems as I use wifi calling and it just cuts me off mid call.

I have to turn wifi off and back on again multiple times through the day. I have tried all the resets, clearing cache, forgetting network, factory reset, and it just keeps happening. It is definitely a hardware/software issue with this phone as my daughter also has the same problem with the same model. 

I have had samsung phones for years, this is by far the worst version. Can't wait for my contract to end so I can change it...keep hoping for an update that will fix it...but nothing for the last 9 months!!
