Hello, I just got a new A53 for my job which is setup with both a Personal and Work profile. I turned off the keyboard sounds and vibrations in the Settings, but it seems to only be affecting the Personal applications. Whenever I open an app under the Work profile, the keyboard sounds and vibrations are still active. I am unable to find a Work Profile Settings app where I can disable the keyboard sounds and vibrations. How can I turn these off for my Work profile apps?

Hi, could you please switch to work profile and check under settings >> sounds and vibration, if keyboard sounds and vibrations are disabled or enabled ?

The issue is that when I go to the work profile, there is no Settings app available.

The work profile is from your company UEM service. Probably you need to contact your company IT to change this settings.

Update! Found a solution: I had to open up the Outlook app under the Work Profile, then go into the settings and select Samsung keyboard and from there I was able to turn off keyboard sounds. It seems to have applied the setting to all Work profile apps, even those not associated with Microsoft Office (like the Chrome app).

Hi, I have the same issue...
but I can not find how do you resolve it.

How do you go into the settings as you explain, from Outlook,
to turn off the sound of keayboard ?
From Outlook I can only see the Samsung Keyboard when I write a email, then clicking on settings, but there is no setting for the sound.
And from there, I don't see how to  go to the settings for sounds and vibrations.

Please can you help and describe a little more ?

Thanks for your support.

FYI this can be done on the Teams app as well. But thank you very much for this. The sounds were irritating.

Kudos to you.

Keyboard settings > swipe touch and feedback> touch feedback > sound

I had to search as well but I can confirm it works.

This actually worked for me! Thanks for the tip! These keyboard sounds are really annoying.
