Galaxy book 4 problem

I purchased a book 4 from amazon, the image they used to illustrate the keyboard is: Image 3

It arrived and what the keyboard actually looks like: Image 1

Was planning to buy from the samsung shop app and the illustrated image for the keyboard is: Image 2

Talked with support and they said that they come with bilingual language and that image was just an illustration

My problem: I'm currently using the laptop:Image, but I find the keyboard very full, busy and distracting. I don't even speak French. Why is French been shoved in my throat? The shift and enter key button is very small and I often press the wrong keys.

I am coming from a Microsoft Surface laptop and this is definitely not how the keyboard layout is nor does it have English and french keyboard layout. Is this how all galaxy book shipped to Canada looks like?? If so, I would have to refund the one I recently purchased. I just can't concentrate because of the French nor can I type well because of the shift and enter button small design. Anyone know where I can purchase Image 3 (the keyboard that I can comfortably use)?

Send it back and demand one with a US keyboard.

I had a keyboard similar for my Tab S7+ and I hated it the whole time I used it cause you never knew what was being printed with the keys you pressed.

Samsung obviously thinks that because we are a bilingual country we should be saddled with these useless keyboards and Amazon must be trying to unload them but for the normal Canadian that has never used anything else, the US keyboard is what you want so demand one🙄

I plan to return the laptop but do I demand a US version from samsung? Will they proceed with my demand? Or is there a shop I could purchase a US version

I have no idea what Amazon is going to say but they will likely give you what you want if you tell them you either get what you want or you are not purchasing the device

You can likely purchase the device from Samsung.com as in the US Samsung site but I don't know what complications this might bring for warranty etc.  but at least you would get the keyboard you are wanting

Wholeheartedly agree. Can't stand the bilingual keyboard, and always purchase Dell because I have not been able to purchase another brand that provides the US keyboard.

All Canadian laptops usually have this billingual Canadian keyboard layout, it's normal here

My microsoft surface didn't have it. It is also an ansi keyboard
